  3. Pricing, Payments, and Cancellation:

    • Payment in full is required at the time of service. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website or agreed upon with the customer.
    • Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. A 10% cancellation fee will apply in accordance with each package. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the full service fee being charged.
  4. Liability and Disclaimers:
    • Trendy Detailing exercises utmost care and professionalism when providing services. However, we are not liable for any damage to the vehicle that occurs prior to or after the detailing service.
    • Customers are responsible for removing any valuable or delicate items from the vehicle before the service. Trendy Detailing is not liable for any loss or damage to these items.
    • Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage, defects, or issues with the vehicle before the service is provided. Failure to do so may release Trendy Detailing from liability for any resulting damages or complications.
    • While we strive for exceptional results, certain factors such as vehicle condition, age, previous repairs, or limitations of materials may affect the outcome of the detailing service.
  5. Customer Responsibilities:
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their vehicle, including make, model, year, and any special instructions or concerns.
    • Customers must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the agreed-upon location, with enough space for our team to perform the detailing service safely.
    • Customers should inform Trendy Detailing of any known allergies, sensitivities, or specific product requirements for the detailing service.
  6. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refunds:
    • We aim to achieve customer satisfaction with our detailing services. If a customer is not satisfied, they must notify Trendy Detailing within 48 hours of the service completion.
    • We reserve the right to assess the customer’s concerns and, if necessary, provide a touch-up or corrective action. The extent and nature of any touch-up or refund will be determined by Trendy Detailing at its sole discretion.
    • The satisfaction guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, undisclosed issues, or dissatisfaction arising from the customer’s failure to disclose specific requirements or expectations during the booking process.
  7. Termination of Use:
    • Trendy Detailing reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any customer at our discretion, without providing a specific reason.
  8. Entire Agreement:
    • These terms and conditions, along with any additional agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between Trendy Detailing and the customer, superseding any prior understandings or agreements.
  9. Jurisdiction:
    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
    • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to New South Wales regulations.
